Intuitive Bodywork Training
This course is designed as a comprehensive introduction to a range of bodywork and massage practices, offering both foundational theory and extensive hands-on experience.
Students will be introduced to modalities including Swedish massage, holistic massage, reflexology and meridian therapy, sports massage, lymphatic drainage, shiatsu and pressure point release, Ayurvedic yoga massage, fascial release, energetic balancing, as well as mindfulness and conscious movement practices.
At its core, this training is grounded in a holistic understanding of the human being — recognising the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions as interconnected and inseparable.
Intuitive Bodywork aligns with the innate wisdom within each of us — a cellular intelligence that naturally seeks balance and wellbeing. In a world increasingly disconnected from its natural rhythms, many search for quick solutions. This training instead invites a return to presence, reconnection, and wholeness through conscious, skilled touch.
With over 30 years of study and practice, Odette has developed a deeply releasing and energetically balancing style of massage that she now shares through this course.

Foundational massage theory
Guided meditations in various forms
Extensive practical exchange sessions
This is primarily a practical training. Students will observe demonstrations and then work hands-on with one another — giving and receiving throughout the course. Participants are encouraged to come ready to learn, to practice, and to experience the restorative power of embodied touch.
